Empty Homes Partnership was founded with a simple belief: a home left empty is more than a missed opportunity — it's a problem for the owner, the street and the wider community. We exist to make it easier to do the right thing.
We're an independent partnership, not a buyer, builder or agent ourselves. That matters: it means we can give you straight advice without a vested interest in which route you choose.
Over the years we've built a carefully vetted network of partners — cash buyers, refurbishment contractors and probate specialists. When you come to us, we shortlist only the partners best suited to your property and goals, and we stay alongside you to make sure they deliver.
We also work with local authorities and community housing groups, so wherever possible the homes brought back into use go on to serve people who need them. One promise underpins everything: we represent you, not our partners.
